RaadheSiri Sarees – Return & Exchange Policy
At RaadheSiri Sarees, every piece is crafted and packed with care. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Cancellations
Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted.
2. Package Opening Video Required
A clear, uninterrupted video showing the package being opened from start to finish is mandatory for any exchange claim. The video must show the outer packaging, the unboxing, and clearly display the damage or wrong item. Claims without this video will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Only — No Refunds
- Exchanges apply only to damaged or wrong products, and are subject to verification.
- If the same product is available, we will replace it. If unavailable, we will issue store credit for the item’s value. Store credit is valid for 30 days from issuance.
- Refunds are not provided.
4. Non-Returnable / Not Considered Damage
The following are not eligible for exchange:
- Natural weaving or dyeing irregularities intrinsic to handcrafted/handloom processes.
- Color variations caused by camera, lighting, or device display/phone settings.
- Concerns arising from individual preferences (fabric weight, drape, feel, etc.).
5. Color & Pre-Purchase Check (Added Guidance)
Color may vary across devices — phone/tablet/computer display settings can change how a saree appears. Please thoroughly review product images, descriptions, and measurements and be satisfied before placing your order.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us within 12 hours of delivery with your order details and the package opening video.
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
