Exchange Policy

• You can exchange your saree within 4 days of receiving it, provided:
  • The saree is in its original condition and neatly packed in its original cover.
  • No alterations, stains, or damages are present on the product.
• Please note that we do not have a pick-up facility. You will need to arrange the return shipping at your own expense.

Return Policy

• Returns and refunds are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
• To process a return, you must provide an opening video of the parcel from the beginning to the end, clearly showing the defect or damage.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the product is received and inspected.
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
