Shipping Charges:

  • We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
  • A cash-handling fee of ₹250 is applicable for all COD (Cash on Delivery) orders within India.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 working days.
  • Most deliveries are completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Express shipping is available at an additional cost, ensuring delivery within 3–5 working days.

Shipping Carriers:
We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, and other reputed logistics providers.

International Shipping

Shipping Charges:

  • International shipping charges are calculated based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination country.
  • The applicable charges will be displayed in your shopping cart before checkout.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • International orders generally reach customers within 7–14 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or external factors.

Shipping Carriers:
We ship via trusted international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others.

Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. RaadheSiri Sarees does not cover or estimate these charges.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message, SMS, or email with tracking details. A notification will also be sent when your parcel is out for delivery.

Delivery Attempts:

  • Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts.
  • If all attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us.
  • For reshipment, the customer must bear the shipping charges.

Liability

RaadheSiri Sarees is not liable for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist in escalating the issue with the concerned shipping partner to ensure timely delivery.
